Lincoln University President John Moseley, left, talks Tuesday, July 16, 2024, to Salma Pathan about the quinoa pudding she prepared for Quinoa Field Day at Carver Farm. Pathan is the wife of Safiullah Pathan, associate professor of crop science, who is researching the health properties of quinoa and the ability to grow it as a commercial crop. Moseley told the crowd the pudding was “really, really good.”
The room was packed with around 60 eager listeners as staff members from Lincoln University took turns sharing their information with attendees.
