3. Good for gut
Fiber, an essential component for health, is abundant in quinoa. Your diet may benefit from including more fiber-rich foods if you want to maintain your weight and promote intestinal health.

Prepare this orange pistachio quinoa salad recipe at home and enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups rinsed quinoa
- Chopped lettuce
- 1 cup rinsed and drained Chickpeas
- 1 can drained oranges
- 1 sliced cucumber
- Salt
- Pepper
Method:
Step 1: Boil water in a pan and add quinoa to it
Step 2: Reduce the heat , simmer and cover for 12 minutes
Step 3: In a large bowl add all the veggies and cooled quinoa later grate orange zest in another bowl and add some orange juice add it to the mixture
Step 4: Whisk the mixture in some oil, salt and mixture and it’s ready to serve.
